How to return a package?
If any of our items do not meet your expectations, simply send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. Sale items can only be exchanged; clearance items are none final sale and therefore none refundable. Before sending the item`s back to us, please go into your account and fill out a RMA (Return merchandise authorization form) to check on your return eligibility. This can be done by clicking on returns in your order section. If this is not done before the item is returned to us we can not process your return accordingly and also my dealy the entire return process.
Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchendise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in its original packaging. ALSO, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains, or smells like cologone/perfume we cannot grant a refund or exchange.

Please also, remark on a copy of the packing slip, on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return; exchange or refund. In most cases, the time for packages to get back to us are between 5-7 business days depending on the shipping method you chose, and on holiday seasons it may take a bit longer. If you have not heard from us after the from us mentioned time frame; please feel free to contact us for more information.
The cost for shipping the articles back to us an out of pocket cost for you. However, we will refund any shipping costs back to you if the return is due to damage or miss delivery from our end.
Note: The return of a package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you a tracking number.
