How to return a package?

If any of our items do not meet your expectations, simply send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. Sale and clearance items are none refundable however, they can only be exchanged if in stock. Before sending the item`s back to us, please go into your account and fill out an RMA (Return merchandise authorization form) to check on your return eligibility. This can be done by clicking on returns in your order section. If this is not done before the item is returned to us we can not process your return accordingly and also my dealy the entire return process. (Please note that once your RMA was completed there will not be any confirmation of receival.)*

The cheapest way to send the items back to us is to use a USPS priority shipping box. Please remark on a copy of the packing slip on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return; exchange or refund. In most cases, the time for packages to get back to us is between 5-7 business days depending on the shipping method you chose; on holiday seasons it may take a bit longer. If you have not heard from us after the from us mentioned time frame; please feel free to contact us for more information. 

Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchandise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in their original packaging. Also, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains or smell like cologne/perfume we cannot grant a refund or exchange.

*NOTE:

  • If the RMA process does not work for you for whatever reason please email us at usa@gorillawear.com and we will give you further instructions. 
  • The cost of shipping the articles back to us an out of pocket cost for you. However, we will refund any shipping costs back to you if the return is due to damage or miss-delivery from our end.
  • The return of a package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you a tracking number.
