How to return a package?
If any of our articles do not meet your expectations, simply send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are excluded, these may not be returned. Before sending the item/`s back to us, please go into your account and fill out a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) form to receive notice for your return eligibility. This can be done by clicking on returns in your order section. Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchendise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in its original packaging. ALSO, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one or more items show deodorant stains, or smells like cologone/perfume we cannot grant a refund or exchange.

Please remark on a copy of the packing slip on how you want us to proceed once we receive your package; exchange or refund. In most cases, the time for packages to get back to us are between 5-7 business days and on holiday seasons it may take a bit longer. The cost for shipping the articles back to us an out of pocket cost for you. However, we will refund any shipping costs back to you if the return is due to damage or miss delivery from our end.
Note: The return of a package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you a tracking number.
