How to return a items?
If any of our items do not meet your expectations, send them back to us within 30 days of receipt. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable; however, they can only be exchanged if in stock or applied as a credit if out of stock. Please click on the link below to fill out an RMA to check on your return eligibility before sending the item back to us.
Pay attention: Items can not be changed for the discounted price once the Black Friday sale has ended.
Returns to us are at your own cost. The cheapest way to send the items back to us is to use a USPS priority shipping box. Please remark on a copy of the packing slip on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return, exchange, or refund. In most cases, the time for packages to get back to us is between 5-7 business days depending on the shipping method you chose; it may take a bit longer on holiday seasons. If you have not heard from us after the mentioned time frame, please contact us for more information.
Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchandise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in their original packaging. Also, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains or smell like cologne/perfume, we could not grant a refund or exchange.

- The cost of shipping the items back to us is out of pocket cost for you. However, we will refund any shipping costs back to you if the return is due to damage or miss-delivery from our end.
- The return of a package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend sending the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you a tracking number for your protection.
