Shipping & Delivery
Gorilla Wear orders within the United States are fulfilled from our distribution center in Michigan. Our warehouse team works to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.
We offer Standard, Priority, and Express shipping. The available shipping options and final costs will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, carrier volume, weather conditions, and holiday periods.
Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
In some cases, standard delivery may take up to 15 business days.
USPS Priority Shipping: 3 to 4 business days
FedEx Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Standard orders are shipped using FedEx Ground Economy and may be delivered by USPS.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. These time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Order Processing
Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
Orders placed during a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
During busy periods, including holidays, promotions, and product launches, processing may take longer than usual.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Use the tracking link in the email to view the latest shipment updates. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package and activate the tracking information.
If your tracking has not been updated for several business days or your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date, please contact Customer Support. Include your order number and tracking number so our team can assist you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates for orders within the United States are:
Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $120
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $120 or more
USPS Priority Shipping: $34.95
FedEx Express Shipping: $68.95
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Priority and Express shipping remain subject to their regular shipping fees.
Sales Tax
When applicable, state and local sales tax will be calculated automatically during checkout.
The amount charged may vary based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.
