Gorilla Wear 40th Anniversary

40-YEAR MILESTONE

We are Gorilla Wear. Our legacy began back in 1982 in the United States of America. Our goal since then has been to encourage athlete motivation through products with unique designs and high functionality. We have been committed to motivating and inspiring people around the world for decades, hence our motto 'For the Motivated'.

This year marks a milestone for the legendary Gorilla Wear brand: in the summer of 2022, it will celebrate its 40th anniversary! Over the past 40 years, we have built a true legacy. Athletes around the world have proudly used our apparel for generations. And they still do, because, with customers from over 100 countries and over half a million followers on social media, we're still expanding our brand every day!

WE NEED YOUR HELP

In celebration of our 40th anniversary, we are working on something big. We can't reveal much yet, but we need your help! We are looking for photos and videos that take us back to the good old days. Do you still remember the brightly colored oversized clothes from the '80s and '90s? And those tough workouts you endured in old-school gyms while wearing Gorilla Wear? Or how about all those fitness magazines that featured Gorilla Wear that you read? Those are the memories we want to bring back!

We are looking for old or special photos and videos of Gorilla Wear. Do you, or someone you know, have photos or videos related to our brand? Email them along with the story behind them to legacy@gorillawear.com! This can be anything, for example, pictures in the '90s of you wearing Gorilla Wear clothing, an old-school workout video, or maybe even Gorilla Wear tattoos. We would love to get in touch with you and hear the story behind the photo or video.
